My Students, Rock!
I don’t claim to be an expert… at anything. Every single time, I step into a classroom or sit down with a student… I learn something new.
These are just some of the few things that I have learned from my Students:
- Two new things in Excel
- when reordering your columns; select the column by right clicking on top of the letter and then left click on cut > little dancing dots appear around the column > right click again on the column where you want to move it to > left click on insert cut column
- to expand a formula further down the column or row instead of copy/paste/paste/paste… after entering in the formula… click and hold on the tiny little green box in the lower right corner of the selected cell and drag the little box down to the bottom of that column or end of that row to populate the formula into all of the remaining cells in that row or column

- Email out the same easy to use photos for everyone to work on the same photos to follow along and learn how to use the various Tools.
- From my Friend’s 16 yr old daughter using iPhone Messages App
- Just before sending your text message > press and hold on send icon > and you can select from balloons, fireworks, laser, confetti, etc…
- During an Android Class
- Facebook launched colored posts only for Android
- iPhone eventually followed
- That there are 11 different ways to get something done on the computer… for a long time there were 3 ways, then 6 which lasted for a while, then 8 and now finally 11 different ways!
